If you are serious about getting your business found then a search marketing campaign is very important.

This means we do not use tables to structure our layouts and we separate style from the content, meaning a search engine (not to mention text only browsers and screenreaders) does not need to trawl through lots of unnecessary code and can go straight to the relevant part of the site.

You have probably heard of keywords; keywords are often considered to be what you put in your META tags at the top of your pages. Unfortunately this technique was abused and so many search engines began to give less emphasis on them. The main search engines no longer give them any weight, in fact we understand that Google has never used them though it is argued by some that it is still worth using META tags. Placing keywords into your site content is vital and identifying them may not be as easy as you think, particularly if your keywords are highly competitive. Researching, identifying what your visitors search for, and implementing your keywords are vital to your campaign.
